HOT DATES

Daddy-Daughter date to see "Lion King" on Broadway. It was a ton of fun, the girls were enthralled w/ the music, dancing, and costumes. The wouldn't stop dancing or singing for the next few days.

And this past week, Angela & I went on 3 dates in 4 days. I kept calling it "the best week of the year". First, we played in an intramural doubles tennis tournament at my school... and Angela was better than ever after a 4-year break from tennis. Very attractive when a girl can take 4 years off and come back and swing it like she's been playing every day.

Second, we got a babysitter and went to the U2 & Muse concert. It was our first concert since seeing Neil Diamond & Dave Matthews many, many years ago. Much louder than I remembered, and definitely entertaining. Not quite "Neil Diamond" level, but still a worthy effort was made by both bands.

Third, we went out to dinner at one of my favorite New Jersey diners & then went shopping for Tinkerbell costumes for Halloween. That's probably as many dates as we had been on in the last 6 months, so it was quite a fun week. We've got our 4-couple babysitting club started up again, so it looks like we'll get 3 dates a month now, and one really crazy night of babysitting about 6 toddlers & 2 babies.
