Labor Day @ West Point

We joined a group of friends from our ward for a trip to the West Point Military Academy to see a Labor Day concert & fireworks. I really enjoyed the history of West Point and seeing the old cannons & chains that were used for fighting the British and how beautiful the area was. The girls loved climbing all over the old cannons and wrestling around w/ their buddies. The fireworks were awesome, and the cadets blast off their new cannons during the show -- it really adds to the fireworks show when you feel the ground shaking beneath you.
